November 22, 2022Site’s up. It’s pretty messy but it’s up... Lots of content to add - everything in green in the matrices has been generated, just not uploaded yet. Squarespace makes it a hassle to upload all of the images, and the scrolling galleries don’t show captions unless I manually type them in for all 101 images in each gallery. Yuck. Maybe I’ll find another platform for this site. For now you can read the exact mix of an image by right-clicking and opening the image in a new tab - the info is in the filename for each image. The matrix table needs help too; what is with that huge border at the top? I’m no HTML person. Suggestions welcome. Thanks for your patience while I get this together. Hopefully this can turn out to be a useful resource for SD fans.

November 28, 2022I discovered something interesting while testing a model blend today. Sometimes just adding 1% of another model can create a striking style combination! I tested ‘samdoartsultmerge’ and ‘modernDisney-v1-pruned’ from 0-100% and found that adding only 1% of Modern Disney to Samdoart yields the following - beautiful!
November 29, 2022Based on some feedback I received about the website, I decided to change the model matrix step index from 1% to 10%. The 1% steps were too similar really anyhow, and doing 1/10th the number of images allowed me to breeze through the rest of Portrait Matrix 1, which is now finished. Click here to check it out!

December 3, 2022Today I made significant progress in automating generating these matrices, so I should be able to post a lot more of them a lot faster soon.
We also received our first user submission, including a model recipe that delivers beautiful artistic results. Check it out here!
December 5, 2022Matrix 1 is complete! I added all of the Landscape 1 images into the lower half of the portrait matrix (since the lower-left half is just a mirror of the top-right half anyhow). Each image in the matrix is a clickable link to a gallery showing an 11-step sequence of one model blending into another. Check it out here!
December 18, 2022Fire up those GPU’s - Combo 7 is here!
After much experimentation, I have come up with the following custom checkpoint blend, codenamed Combo 7. This custom mix is very coherent (generates few errors) and produces a number of unique and beautiful styles. It was created by taking key intersection points of various favorite models and merging them together - try it out today!
